What we keep, and what we do not. We do not store a copy of your chat transcript. Your messages are held only in memory for as long as it takes to generate a reply and to produce the summary described below.
Do not enter passwords, API keys, access tokens, one-time codes, payment card numbers, Social Security numbers, tax identifiers, health information, or confidential system diagrams into the chat assistant. The assistant is built to refuse and discard this kind of content, but the safest course is not to send it. If you need to share sensitive material, ask us to arrange a secure channel.
Your choices. The assistant is optional — you are never required to use it, and declining to use it does not affect your ability to contact us or become a client. We contact you afterward only using details you affirmatively provided and only where you agreed to be contacted. You may ask us to delete any inquiry record created from a chat by emailing info@doitrightconsultants.com.
